Castle ST Townhouse is the flagship of the group. Est. in 2016, Townhouse has become the beating heart of the hospitality scene with in Liverpool’s business district. With its distinctive green umbrellas and extensive outdoor seating, you will always find an exciting atmosphere and a warm welcome.
Bistro Pierre was acquired by the group back in 2017. It has continued to provide authentic French inspired food with the distinctive décor that has made the restaurant such a popular destination for Scousers and tourists for many years.
Since Bistro Franc joined the group it has undergone an interior renovation providing luxurious boothed seating, a semi private dining mezzanine and a menu redesign. You can now find exciting dishes from across Europe along side the French classics.
Stepping outside the city into Wigan you will find La Mamma an Italian restaurant with a family feel that has been serving the community of Standish and developing relationships with the locals for the past 6 years. Mixing authentic Italian Cuisine with Live music and great service.
